We picked up a vintage milkshake maker today from the thrift store..I made vanilla and blackberry milkshakes..Oh how I love love thrift stores!!!!

Bailey got an electric guitar from Nana and Papa for her b-day and by the second day she was already playing three chords!

Bailey is wearing her special dress that was given to her by her Uncle Sean and Auntie Candice from Congo..I think it's her favorite and it finally fits! 

My Hero

Bailey had her 7th b-day party on the weekend(see b-day pics to the right in pages)She had asked that instead of presents from her friends she wanted them to donate money for Japan. She went to a party the day before and watched the birthday girl open her presents and I thought she might regret her decision to not have presents herself,not once did she complain about her decision and say she wanted gifts. Her heart was settled on the decision to be selfless and give to others. Every time she opened a card with money in it she was so very excited for whom that money will help!

This little messy,curious,fearful,energetic  girl has a bigger heart than most adults I know and she is absolutely completely my biggest hero and makes me want to be a better person.

I know you will read this and I just want to tell you how proud I am of you. You do have an abundance of stuff because you are loved by so many people but you always find ways to be able to give to others as well. You helping people in Japan makes my heart feel so happy and complete...Your heart is so so big! I love you to the moon and back:)

If only we all could have money trees eh! 

She was a pretty happy girl to come home from school and  find a tree full of money(thank god for monopoly money)in her backyard.. Yesterday I told her money doesn't grow on trees but I thought why the hell not?Anything is possible when you are six going on seven.

Gotta love the sister love.I never had one so I might not understand it to the fullest but I love watching my girls grow together, play together and I'm sure someday talk about their boring weird etc..parents together.

Spring is here!! I'm sure any mom can understand my excitement ..I am free to go outside without having to bundle the kids up,I can watch them in the yard and not have to entertain them 24/7,I can open my windows to clear any unpleasant smells and not have to mask them with candle scents..Now I can chase Marlee around the playground and watch her ingest pebbles and garbage and watch as Bailey tries to impress a boy by doing tricks on her scooter, falling on her face and completely embarass herself..

We recently went to Isabella's third b-day party and they were taking donations for Japan.Bailey in the car yesterday decided(on her own) that she too was going to collect donations for Japan at her party instead of gifts! I have tried to convince her to do that in the past but she didn't want to miss out on the cool gifts(understandably)

I was a very proud momma when she suggested this. I know how much she loves getting stuff and she was willing to give it up to help others!

The yard needs A LOT of work and we are ready to take it on PJs and all.. 

Marlee found her milk box in the recycling and carried around with her for a large portion of the day.




yep yep just another day in the life of the little Gardian's ( Bailey stayed home from school today because she was sick;))
